Dear Readers:
We recently lost access to a major source of e-letter distribution. I worked hard to open the doors for that distribution, and then got ahead of myself when it came time to send out the notices. The reason stated was that the “website is too political.” While I make no excuses for my personal beliefs, the website should not be used as my personal blow-horn. That being said, I will still report the facts, regardless of the politics. The politics should not report my views, but report the truth. My comments should have a direct and factual correlation to the news item. PERIOD.
I plan to do better, and hope you will be sure that I do. We often do not get a second chance, so should be careful not to blow the first one.

PAST
There are several new features we have been able to provide over the last year that go beyond content, but should make your accessing and reading content easier … fun … OK, then, how about interesting?
The additions include
- Accessing anything on the website in the language of your choice; just look for the drop-down menu with a flag in the upper-right corner of your screen;
- Ease of access — just to the right of the language selection is a “help/wheelchair” symbol; this allows you to change the size font, clear cookies, etc.
- On the bottom left is a widget that lets you leave comments, ask questions, and dialogue with others;
- On the bottom right is the “chat” box, where we can have live chat sessions — if I’m available;
- This year two e-letters have also been added — Tips Of The Iceberg, which covers everything Islam, that you are unlikely to find elsewhere; and, Perspectives, stories of Muslims coming to Christ;
PRESENT
Just added:
- The Jihadi Casualty Database, courtesy of the International Centre for the Study of Radicalisation (ICSR), Department of War Studies, King’s College, London. This database introduces an interactive tool to help explore and find senior Jihadis killed over the last 30 years. It is continuously updated and includes data on more than 650 high-ranking militants including leaders, military commanders, media operatives, officials, and ideologues who have died. A useful resource for academics, students, analysts and journalists, it provides data on when, where, and how militants died.
- Values In The Marketplace, a book I started in the 1970’s which chronicles my Christian walk — the good, the bad, and the ugly – it’s more about what I learned, Scripture’s lessons, and the application of God’s Word. It begins the year following my discharge from the U.S. Navy, and trying to find my way. Shortly after getting married — the next day — we moved from Atlanta to Dallas. I enrolled in a community college, after deciding I wanted to study business. Fast forward to the spring of 1971 … I received two letters that spring afternoon one from the Cox School of Business at SMU, and the other from Covenant College, a small non-accredited Christian school. This should be a no-brainer, right? Cox, a well known school of business at one of the best schools in the nation, versus a little known, unaccredited religious school. The decision was made. If God wanted me to be in business, He would take care of that. For now, He wanted me to learn more about Him. Thirty years and trips to over 65 countries later, giving seminars on business and the application of Scripture, from Morocco to Indonesia, from the USSR (before the fall of Communism) and Afghanistan; living at least one year or more in following countries — Azerbaijan, Republic of Georgia, Saudi Arabia, Zimbabwe, China, Israel, Haiti, Panama, Jordan, Kuwait, and Iraq; working and training young men and women, using sound business principles based upon even sounder biblical principles from Peru, the Philippines, Canada, throughout the Mid-East and other places; the book finally went to print in 1990. Then, while living in the Republic of Georgia under contract with World Concern, the book was revised and reprinted with a workbook, to be used with their Small Enterprise Development program. Now, the first edition, the second edition, and the workbook are all being prepared to post online. You can find what has been done so far in the drop-down menu of the website’s Learning Center. Just look for the name of the book, under Section 5000. God placed me in business; Covenant became accredited the year I graduated; the College went on to be listed in U.S. News & World Report’s magazine of some of the best schools to attend — and remained on that list for over a decade and may still be on it. One of my daughters also graduated from Covenant; one of my grandsons will graduate from there in 2023; a granddaughter plans to go there; and at least one other grandson is planning to do so. It should do a man proud when his children and his children’s children follow in his footsteps, not because they are his footsteps, but because there is value where his and their footsteps have been.
FUTURE
Being realistic, I am in hopes of adding at least two more sections of content to the website by 2024. This, of course, depends on the good Lord to keep me going for that long, approaching 78. Or, as Muslims say, Inshallah — God willing:
- In Their Own Words, detailing what Muslims think about their own religion and how they seek to integrate the Qur’an, Shari’a, and other Islamic holy books into their everyday lives;
- Answering Muslims, will take questions Muslims have about Christianity, about Islam, and more.
- I hope to find an individual or perhaps another organization that will take over the website and continue its growth or become whatever God wants it to be.
THE DEATH TAX
Mozambique: Islamic State tells Christians and Jews to convert to Islam, pay jizya, or face ‘endless war’ … Here’s The Story …
ISI/DI: Jizya is the tax non-Muslims are supposed to be able to pay in order to live and work in Muslim communities. However, that is rarely the case these days, especially if you live in Africa. It tends to be more of a ‘slash and burn” mentality if you are a Muslim living on the “dark” continent.
The jizya comes from the Qur’an and is set into law by Shari’a. It worked in Muhammad’s time and continued up until the fall of the Ottoman Empire after World War I.
It’s a much different time today. Islam seems to sweep through towns and villages, cities and counties, countries and continents. And it does so as if there were no tomorrow. It’s no coincidence that Islam’s eschatology seems to support the rush. The two largest denominations of Islam — Sunni and Shi’a — have stated that al-Mahdi, the savior of Islam, will make an appearance in 2022 on the road to Armageddon. Time is short, with roughly 30 days left for him to appear
CHANGES
For First Time in Modern History, Christians a Minority in England … Here’s The Story …
ISI/DI: Yes, times, they are a changing. There are any number of factors which contribute to this change. There are, of course, birth rates and death rates; but the real game-changer is migration. Not just the wave of Muslims that seem to be racing against every western country. There are other types of migration also taking place. It’s not uncommon that a host country would seek out a certain type of person to seek citizenship within their boundaries. Countries look for people with certain work skills, education, and some even want people with money. There are also refugees, like those from the war in Afghanistan. Refugees may be seeking asylum, or simply want to try and start life over again.
German Chancellor Proposes Islamization of Germany … Here’s The Story …
ISI/DI: It is not yet clear what this means for Germany, other than polarizing the public. I have a friend who has worked in Germany for several decades, and I hope to get his input on what he thinks it means. I’ll have to get back to you on this.
ISLAMOPHOBIA
At UN Forum, Turkey’s foreign minister claims that ‘Islamophobia’ continues to increase everywhere … Here’s The Story …
ISI/DI: I still assert that Islamophobia is in direct proportion to terrorism. When terrorism goes down, so does Islamophobia. That being said, there are also critics of Islam — both good and bad.
IRAN
Iran’s Regime Worried Protests Entering an ‘Armed Phase.'” … Here’s The Story …
ISI/DI: The protests and riots continue across Iran. The big question, though is: are they big enough and strong enough to be a revolution?
Iran claims dozens of foreign spy organizations behind protests … Here’s The Story …
ISI/DI: This is the classic, “If I told you, I’d have to shoot you” scenario No one knows the answer to this — except for those spy organizations involved.
‘The Fear Has Gone’: Iranian Protestors in Iraq … Here’s The Story …
ISI/DI: Those protestors who have escaped to neighboring Iraq report an astonishing story:
“They attack us because they feel weak. The regime is trying to look strong, when actually they are very weak…What’s happening now is unprecedented. In terms of the time that it has continued. People are no longer willing to accept the regime. The protests are getting stronger day by day.’”
SHARI’A
Taliban flogs 12 in Afghanistan football stadium for ‘moral crimes’: Report … Here’s The Story …
ISI/DI: The TaliBan have clearly stated that Afghanistan will be a country that functions on the “rule of law,” and that law is Shari’a (Islamic Law).
India: Muslim murders his daughter, with help from his son, over her relationship with a Hindu man … Here’s The Story …
ISI/DI: One element of Shari’a is what is known as the “honor killing,” and this is an example of it. Honor killings are usually committed by an immediate family member or other relative and the grievance is usually over a relationship with a kaffir, infidel, non-believer. Islamic law is so rigid, that if the killing is not done, the family — each and every member of the family — loses honor.
UN experts criticize the Taliban .. Here’s The Story ..
ISI/DI: This is probably one of the few times the U.N. would be keeping company with conservatives as most of the time it is thought to be too liberal.
ILHAN OMAR UNITED STATES CONGRESSWOMAN
Ilhan Omar: ‘Republican Party has made it their mission to use xenophobia, Islamophobia and racism to target me’… Here’s The Story …
ISI/DI: Perhaps the most antisemitic member of Congress, and surely one of the most vocal. She cannot seem to find anything she likes about America, bringing most of her criticisms with her, while seeming not to note any of America’s good points. Maybe that’s part of her plan when it comes to Islamasizeing America.
There are other ways to accomplish some of what she wants, without spewing the hatred she seems to have of others. By her words and actions, Ms. Omar diverts everyone’s attention from all that is good about this country and manufactures fake news about herself.
Jihad-Rep. Ilhan Omar Accused of Being Qatari Asset … Here’s The Story …
ISI/DI: “Qatar is the key backer of the Muslim Brotherhood now, not to mention allegedly tied in with every Islamist terror group from Al Qaeda to the Taliban. There’s little doubt that Rep. Ilhan Omar is an enemy of the United States. However, it’s best to be wary of foreign intel that seems to tell you exactly what you want to hear. The Saudis are fighting Qatar and while they correctly identify Qatar’s role in Jihad, their own hands weren’t all that clean.”
Australia: Muslim relatives kidnap women, terrorize them for converting to Christianity … Here’s The Story …
ISI/DI: The death penalty for apostasy is part of Islamic law. It’s based on the Qur’an: “They wish you would disbelieve as they disbelieved so you would be alike. So do not take from among them allies until they emigrate for the cause of Allah. But if they turn away, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them and take not from among them any ally or helper.” (Qur’an 4:89).
THEN THERE’S THIS
Muslim Council of Britain Anniversary Dinner Features London Mayor, Global Muslim Brotherhood Leaders … Here’s The Story …
ISI/DI: Sadiq Khan has been mayor of London since 2016. With over nine million people who live in London, over one million of them are Muslims, which is a sizable amount, even as a minority.
What’s of interest here, though, is that Mr. Khan is mingling with the Muslim Brotherhood, which has been involved with terrorism for over 80 years. A number of Middle Eastern countries have already labeled them a terrorist organization.
The charts below show the various Muslim organizations in the United States, and the Muslim Brotherhood is behind each and every one of them — directly or indirectly.
The Muslim population in America is approximately three and a half million.
Of course, not all are Muslims are mixed up with the Brotherhood. The question is though, how many of them are?
Director Christopher Wray of the FBI says they are currently monitoring possible terror cells in every state.
From ISI/DI Files.
Getting back to Mr, Khan, though — what is he doing having dinner with the Muslim Brotherhood?
