Hostage list raises hopes Israeli family still alive, PM denies reports

ISI/DI: Does that baby look familiar to anyone? My first post following the October 2023 massacre of over 1,000 Israeli couples and young people by Hamas featured this baby. It was thought the entire family had been killed and butchered. Now, it seems there may be hope that they still live …… or, at least some of them.

I hope to be able to bring good news about them in the next few weeks.

ISI/DI: Israel attacked — again. After the October, 2023 attack on Israel by Hamas …… which included employees of the UN, reporters from Reuters, CNN and possibly others — Israel made a vow to eliminate Hamas once and for all.

Israel has since been ridiculed for this decision. It should be noted that the sole purpose for the existence of Hamas was to exterminate Israel. Israel is a sovereign nation just as the United States, England, Spain, etc., are also sovereign nations, each having the right to defend itself if attacked by any other nation.

Hamas was routed during 2024. Yet, it seems to have been reignited and brought back to life as we enter into a new year, 2025.

ISI/DI: This reminds me of the Ostrich, who is thought to bury its head in the ground (it actually lowers its head to blend in with its surroundings — not much difference, I guess). I suppose they think if don’t vote for an inquiry, the problem will go away.

There are some who believe Britain is already a Shari’a state. It has no future just a slow, terrible descent into seventh century hell (Dante’s Inferno).

Twenty-three years of rapes, all coordinated by Muslim rape gangs …… 23 years of victims, male and female …… buried. These MPs are not just trying to ignore the problem though …… they are scared. And their fear will make them to be cursed forever.

ISI/DI: When I was in the Navy we were issued a copy of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), a set of laws that governs the military justice system of the United States. This superseded the civilian justice system — it was harsher is some ways, but it left no question as to the law. We were told that we were responsible for the contents of this book. Following that, it was said ignorance of the law is no excuse for not following the law — we needed and were responsible for knowing the law. Going to different countries, we were also responsible for knowing their law as well.

This is part of the difference between Islamic Law, Shari’a, and civilian law. This man is correct — according to Shari’a. In Islam, all laws outside of Shari’a are null and void. In other words, this man has no obligation to know, much less practice any laws outside of Islam. This is the way he was raised, it is all he knows, and he will stand his ground just as much as we will stand our ground.

While we may attempt to make him subject to our laws, he will claim our laws have no meaning for him; he is exempt, because “it says right here in Islamic Law, that I am free of knowing your law.”

Who is right? According to what? Why is he right — or why is he wrong?

RAPE IN ISLAMIC LAW (SHARI’A)

In Islam, human sexuality is governed by Islamic law, also known as Shari’a. Accordingly, sexual violation is regarded as a violation of moral and divine law. Islam divides claims of sexual violation into ‘divine rights’ (huquq Allah) and ‘interpersonal rights’ (huquq al-‘ibad): the former requiring divine punishment (hadd penalties) and the latter belonging to the more flexible human realm.

Rape is considered a crime in Islam. In Islam, rape is called Zina Al-Zibr or Ightisab, and it falls under the rules of Hirabah. Classical Islamic law (Shari’a) regarded the crime of sexual violation as a coercive zina, and therefore a hadd offence. There is a lack of recognition of marital rape by mainstream jurists.

Rape is considered a serious sexual crime in Islam and can be defined in Islamic law as: “Forcible illegal sexual intercourse by a man with a woman who is not legally married to him, without her free will and consent.”

Jurists agree that a woman who has been subject to force and raped is not liable to any punishment.

ISI/DI: The above is what Islamic Law, Shari’a, says about rape and how it is to be handled in Islam. Why isn’t it the practice then? The man above obviously does not know Shari’a and what it says about rape. As you will see, neither does the imam in his statement below.
